1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment for the applicable service. However, ComplianceMonk.in considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to the platform is granted or once work on the requested service has commenced. Any refunds will be subject to a review of service progress, applicable deductions, and compliance with the terms outlined below.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Once the service has commenced as per the agreed terms.
- If delays are due to government processing times, regulatory approvals, or external factors beyond our control.
- If the service is delayed or unsuccessful due to incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant information/documentation provided by the User.
- If the User voluntarily discontinues the service before completion.
- If additional government fees, penalties, or taxes are due as part of the service.
2. Refund Processing & Deductions
Approved refunds are subject to cancellation fee to cover administrative, processing, and resource allocation costs. If any external costs, third-party charges, or statutory fees have been incurred before the refund request, those amounts will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will typically be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval, provided all necessary details and documentation are submitted correctly.
3. Change of Service
Users may request a change of service within 7 days of payment, provided that work has not already commenced on the original service. Any additional charges applicable to the new service must be paid before the service transition.
4. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, Users must:
- Visit ComplianceMonk.in and navigate to the “Contact” section.
- Select the service in question and provide details regarding dissatisfaction or request for cancellation.
- Submit a formal refund request along with relevant transaction details and supporting information.
- Alternatively, Users may email their refund request to Info@ComplianceMonk.in with the subject line “Refund Request – [Service Name]”.
5. No Liability for Government Delays & External Factors
While we strive to provide timely services, ComplianceMonk.in is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, regulatory authorities, or third-party service providers. Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Processing delays from government authorities (e.g., MCA, Income Tax Department, GST portal, FSSAI, RERA).
- System downtimes or technical issues on government platforms.
- Rejections by government bodies due to procedural or compliance requirements.
6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, service interruptions, or the inability to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, war, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes. In such cases, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
